Well this season's cast is pretty bad. I have not watched a lot like i have in the past few seasons. And i guess to most people Al would be the Ralph Maccio of the cast if they have not been following him and only remember him from fat and eat it

Sorry, but I am with Al on this one. I hate the trashy Saturday "Celebrity Death Match" type TV junk too. He doesn't need to do it at this point so I'm glad he chooses not to. He's not a fame hound, just an awesome musician and he values time with his family. All those shows are pretty much screwed the way the producer wants it to go anyway and "scripted" to manipulate the TV audience to vote as the production company want them to. It's not a fair contest. Cheap lazy ass TV. No offence to those that enjoy it, this is just my personal feeling about it. "Reality TV" should have died off by 2005 if I had my way.
