Do what Al does when he wants just the audio from a video -- put it on and look away.

Anybody else notice during The Saga Begins, that Vader is behind him at certain points during the third verse and at some points in the same area of the song Vader is like 4 or 5 feet over to the other direction. I think they may have done quite a bit of cut and pasting between the two shows there.

Re: Comedy Central Special, DVD/Blu-Ray Release

Just to add, the version on this DVD is sooo much better than the first one, the sound, the crowd, the guitar and bass especially. And Ruben playing The Adam's Family is much better than the charge chant. Fat, Smells Like Nirvana and basically everything that was on the first one is so much better so thats good. Except that Eat It doesn't sound as great as when Jim did all the awesome pick squeals and bar dives in the old DVD.

I ripped the audio from it using a program called DVD Audio Extractor. I don't really remember where I got it because I've had it for about five years now but if you find that program you can make a cd (or 2) out of the show.

I was just watching the videos of this on the Comedy Central website, and I noticed that they're different from the DVD! Why is this?
If everyone was like Weird Al, wouldn't this world be so much more enjoyable?

Well, for one thing Wayne Isham did film TWO shows that night...either their just from the other show than the DVD entirely or their still both shows edited just shot from different angles...are you saying they sound noticably different or just look that way?RetroJester wrote:I was just watching the videos of this on the Comedy Central website, and I noticed that they're different from the DVD! Yeah, it's still both shows edited from different angles. I think it's cool to have a different version of some of the songs. Mom got more face time on the online version of Lovr.
