The guy with the blog really was the stereotypical Guy With A Blog...

Did you give the GWAB your contact info as well? He wants to give you your big break on his blog, you know... because he has a blog. In case you didn't know.

lolgwab.

Hi everyone, I want to thank you all for talking about the birthday show. im sorry i wasnt able to attend but as it ends up i was dehydrated according to the dr. which brought on a huge charleyhorse and it has taken me 2 days to get back to some normalcy with lots of water and rest. I am happy to say im much better now but i have to make sure i keep hydrated.

I wish i could have been there for the show but my health comes 1st. i see there is talk about someone who videotaped the whole show and i see the videos on youtube already. Its a shame 1 person ruins it for the loyal fans who arejust taking pictures and not hurting anyone.

Im glad Al was so touched by all of the signs as i always say Al is a class act to all of his fans. Until next tour Its been a blast. I hope to stay in touch with some of the new friends I made on this tour.

With warm regards,

Ranger Bob

There was a rather lame attempt during the show to sing Happy Birthday to Al. We did a much better job when he left the building with Suzanne and Nina.

~ still has my party hat. I wore it all the way down Broadway to 33rd festooned with Canadian Idiot streamers and didn't feel the least bit odd.

I was able to give a few of those hats to random people seated near us that we didn't even know, but were more than happy to get festive, which was cool. Glad they came in handy. :Y

I did not give my contact info to GWAB. He gave me his, and he hasn't been awful high on the priority list between laundry and groceries and all. I should probably get on that...I mean, that could lead to possible actual publication someday, right?
