Anyone else going to this? I may try to go to the Colorado Springs show as well if I can get enough money to afford a hotel room for the night, otherwise, I will just be going to this one. May invite my brother along since he's never been to a Weird Al concert before.

Two Colorado dates? Awesome! The Springs are pretty far away, so I'll probably just go to the Denver show.

Yeah, I think this show might just be my only option for this tour. It's too bad that the Premium tickets are already sold out on the mothership. How the hell did that happen? They had only been on sale for...what, a day? Great, now if I want that good of a seat (and the possibility of a meet and greet after the show) I have to pay twice that for a VIP package full of a bunch of dumb gewgaws that come with my tickets. I'm not really complaining (since some of these items are signed by Al) but this just seems a little strange to me. I mean, I can see how just the VIP packages sold out faster because they're cheaper...but if that's the case, then they probably should've made more of those available...but maybe the layout of the place prevented them from doing that, I don't know...okay, now I'm starting to ramble and I forgot where I was going with this post...so, if those VIP tickets sell out too fast, I'll probably just wait and get ones from ticket horse again, but I hope I end up with enough money to get much better seats. Okay, I'll stop typing now.

I got my ticket for this show on Friday! I'll get it at will call the night of the show. I hope he plays "You Make Me" at this show as I haven't seen it live yet.

My employers decided I was too essential to be given the vacation days.

I should do that. I'm sure they could use the laugh.

The really irritating thing about it is, all 300+ of us in the county are completely interchangeable as far as our job description goes. Any warm body with the appropriate certification (and all 300+ have that certification) could have taken my place.
