Dude!! This artwork is awesome! I love it! I can't wait to see what the rest of the artwork is like. I hope that theme continues throughout the back and insert. How awesome would it be if Al was drawn wearing some of his costumes in that style?
I'm not sure I get the hate, but I think it looks cool.

No Jon, it can't be cool because it's a DRAWING! Drawings are STUPID! Ugh why is Al starting to use all these stupid artists?

I really like this cover! It's very eye-catching, and I really don't think too many people are going to be dissuaded from buying the DVD or Blu Ray because the cover is illustrated. I think the design might actually draw people in.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I, for one, think it's pretty badass. An accordion on fire in one hand and a sword in the other!?!

Those were for CDs and well illustrated what was on the specific CD. Except for the Food Album, which still looks completely amateurish and cheezy to me. However, I can let that stand, since it's not a trademark release. It was just one of those silly compilations that Al was forced into by his record company. For a trademark DVD, I would expect more than just that typical illustration type. Something more alongside the type of the Ultimate Video Collection that had stills from the concert, so that you know what you're going to get. While at the same time still captured attention because you had Al emerging from all the stills. That was the perfect cover. This should have been similar to that.

It's not my favorite cover ever but at least it's better than the TWAS cover. Yikes.

I wonder if Al will include any of the "in between songs" videos on this DVD, kind of like how he included the educational films on the previous WAY: Live DVD.
