That would be amazing.HappyGilmore wrote:I read the title and thought he was doing something like "An Evening With Kevin Smith." Which is director Kevin Smith doing a bunch of Q&A sessions and telling stories.

I wouldn't travel for it unless it was a performance as well. Although if you live close by that sounds pretty fun.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

Does "preferred access" just mean "first shot at the tickets"?

It would. It should be something he does, I feel. He's been around long enough as well, and encountered so many people in the industry.weirdojace wrote:That would be amazing.HappyGilmore wrote:I read the title and thought he was doing something like "An Evening With Kevin Smith." I'm sure he could find plenty of funny stories to tell.

Darn it-last time I tried to get tickets to one of these AMEX things at the Grammy Museum it was sold out by the time the public sale started.
Be prepared to try for tickets the very moment they go onsale to the public. Wishing I had an AMEX card.

Same here, what he said.TMBJon wrote:Hey if anyone from the forum is planning to go to this who does have an AmEx card, please send me a PM. I'd love to work something out to go in on a pre-order since I'll get kind of nervous waiting until five days before the event to get a ticket.

I tried to get my dad to buy the tickets for me, but it's Will Call only, and you have to present the original credit card of purchase. And, no, my dad doesn't want to go. Oh, well.
