That's what I do, I answer questions and list things. Sorry that's not as fun as endlessly speculating on the next big single or making a zillion Weezer references...

Nah, they seem to have given up on Hurley for the time being and are instead promoting the Memories Tour which is the tour where they play the entire Blue Album one night and Pinkerton the next night. Both shows were amazing; I saw them in LA. Great setlist. Additionally, they're promoting a new CD of unreleased songs called Death To False Metal.
So yeah I don't think there will be a new single any time soon.

Anyone else have any Weezer related topics to talk about?

Apparently Weezer is in the Yogi Bear movie too. I read somewhere that they play "My Best Friend" over the end credits.

Oh, how I wish I was joking.

Here's my ranking of Weezer albums from worst to best:

8. Raditude - I still think this is intentionally bad; at least some of it has to be a joke.
7. The Red Album - Most of the songs on this are the worst Weezer songs that have ever been recorded, and most are unmemorable. Who wants to hear the other members of the band sing?
6. Hurley - This is an improvement from the previous two which isn't saying much.
5. Make Believe - Sucks in the larger picture, but has a few decent songs.
4. Maladriot - Most people think this one sucks, but actually it rules.
3. The Green Album - See #4, but more so because it was suuuch a difference from the first two albums. The Green Album is vastly underrated among Weezer purists.
2. Pinkerton - This is obviously a close call. Pinkerton has better lyrics, more interesting songs, more revealing about who Rivers Cuomo is or at least what we're supposed to think, but Blue has much better songs overall.
1. The Blue Album - Weezer's debut album, Weezer, is my favorite album of all time.

Sorry, you're right. We should limit discussion to Rivers Cuomo's odd public persona and avoid his association with Weezer altogether.

By the way, no one should lock or move this conversation because it's not off topic. Weezer and Weird Al are both in Yogi Bear; therefore we should be able to talk about any of the following things which are usually off-topic: Yogi Bear, Boo-Boo, Dan Ackroyd (SNL, Blues Brothers, Ghostbusters, etc), Justin Timberlake (NSYNC, Britney Spears [their former relationship], The Social Network [and his chances in the Oscars], etc.), Ana Faris (Scary Movie franchise, Entourage, Ghostbusters III, etc.), and other such associated topics.
