I didn't say that. In fact, I quite like the song. But MAN would I be let down if that was the caliber of the lead single. I hope Al takes more time with his much-anticipated follow-up to White & Nerdy than he did with Whatever You Like. That's all I'm saying.

I'm sure he would.

I think Al was a bit too hyper to be trying out iTunes and I assume wanted to sorta capitalize while the original was still kinda hot. I'd assume he'd give a bit more effort into a lead single. Then again, he did put out Living With A Hernia, so I guess we'll see.

I remember somewhere (I think it was "Driven") Al was quoted as saying he knew Living with a Hernia wasn't lead single material when he put it out.

I could be remembering wrong, but I think he once mentioned that W&N only took two weeks.

Nothing about that album was really all that overly great. I remember him saying that as well.

3 songs doesn't really save the album.

I do, too. I agree it might not be lead single material, but the song is fine! In fact, I like Polka Party personally. I am not as fond of the parodies on that one but I like the originals.

Well played, Bob.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!
