Re: Rare Al items that you own
I have the first 6 albums on vinyl. But those aren't really rare, no more than $10 each on ebay.
Also have:
Peter and the Wolf CD... took me forever to get a copy of it.
Bad Hair Day with colored disc label
You Don't Love Me Anymore single
Headline News single
Permanent Record
White & Nerdy 12" record

I have the Permanent Record CD box set, a limited edition poster from the Paramount Theater UHF showing (not one of the signed ones, though), a 2007 fake Al $100 bill, a 2010 VIP signed Al photo, and a 2010 ticket stub signed by Al, Jim, and Ruben. I suppose not all of those count as "rare," but they fit into my collection quite nicely.

Rare stuff?
I have a white label My Bologna single.
I have the 1981 Another One Rides the Bus single (blue label, not the one with the awesome artwork).
I have a copy of The Authorized Al in pretty nice condition.
I have copy of The Compleat Al (worn around the edges, but still pretty nice).
When Al auctioned off that camera with DOXA, I bought that. I posted most of the pictures on the forum, but I kept a few for myself. . .
I have a signed Fat single (framed on my wall).
Two of the UHF posters of which they made only 200 of.
On the "not very rare but still not very common/mainstream and kind of notable" list:
I have three VIP tour laminates.
Some confetti collected from the 8/13 and 8/14 concerts this year.
Every Weird Al trading card.
Four signed pictures that came from the VIP package.
A few copies of the refrigerator magnets from the VIP package.
A Yankobuck from the 2007 tour (I didn't get this from the concert, I got this off eBay)
I also have some Weird Al shirts and two hats and some Al's brain merchandise, but that's hardly rare.

My Weird Al bobble head doll is my favorite. It's on my car's dashboard and I sometimes get inquisitive looks at stoplights. It's during those stares that I pet it. Just because that's funny. The doll even has the long curly hair. Ha!

Oh, that one is not mine. In fact, the foot you see in the picture is Al's. It came from the group of pictures I mentioned in the post directly above yours.poptart wrote:It does! That's so funny that we have the same bobble head doll! Ha!
