Cartoon Network is holding a viewers' choice poll to decide which Adult Swim shows to air the night of December 28.
Two Al episodes are in the running. Both the "Brak Show" episode "Feud" and the "Space Ghost: Coast to Coast" episode "Banjo" are among the choices for the respective shows, so go vote now!
Just go to www.adultswim.com and click on the "Best of Adult Swim" section. Between this and VH1's still-planned Al programming, this will be a very Al-heavy Christmas weekend.

Sighs...who needs to vote for Feud when you can get it online.I am too too lazy to vote for the other clip, and I currently only want to see al clips that will make me learn about him and I allready read a transcript. But good luck voting
:puts on anti-al apperence defenders suit:
besides I found what al said in feud disturbing and un-al like
"any naked ladies up there?"
does he not realize kids are gonna see that just because they want to see him.
I know your probably reading this Al so don`t take offense...
In fact most posts by me may seem anti al,rude,or make me seem like I don`t care on al too much [exspecially this post may seem it]
I still love al a lot in a non homosexual way so please don`t flame me.

Well, he didn't write it...
I guess you never read all of the Ask Al Archives...
It's kind of a running joke. I'm guessing the writers knew that and were playing along with it.
As subtle innuendo goes that's really not all that bad. When Al references sex, he's never vulgar about it. At least not publicly. To paraphrase OE : Sex isn't dirty, Why, without it, some of us wouldn't be here.

Yes, very much. And I'm a big fan of the band, too.

Well actually, the Adult Swim programming airs later at night and has a TV-14 rating, so unless they were up late and sneaking in a little TV watching, then very few kids would be watching it anyway. And hey, if some kid out there was able to do that while eluding the eyes of their parents, then well done...they earned their treat of a mildly profane Weird Al.al fan300 @ Dec 15 2003, 04:18 PM wrote: does he not realize kids are gonna see that just because they want to see him.
Also, Al's appearance wasn't advertised on the network at all, so really the kid would have to know about it some other way if that was why they wanted to watch it.
I'm sure Al considered the consequences to doing the show, but I think ultimately it came down to him wanting to do something different and trusting the Williams Street crew. After all, he has stated how big of a fan he is of Adult Swim, and "The Brak Show" producer Andy Merrill has likewise professed his love of (not to mention friendship with) Al.

I think the Simpsons runs exclusively on Fox. That might be why. And I don't think Cartoon Network was ever necessarily called a Children's Network. It's new and old cartoons alike. *Heck, I like to watch the Warner Brothers and Hanna Barberra cartoons myself* Yet, they do like to have some programming catered more to adults late at night. And I thought Al's character on The Brak Show was funny.

I just voted for Feud and Banjo. And shame on you all for not remembering what CD posted in the VCR alerts topic! Go back there and look again and you'll see the line-up of Al goodness planned for the 27th!
