Actually, the Gal Lint Consortium dropped out of the bidding once the price got to about $300 or so or, as Kaffy commented, 'it's approaching my rent'. The bidding proceeded when the girl that bought Al's tooth in 2000 first bid $400, then outbid herself (!) with $600; Amanda double-checked with her first to be sure she knew what she had just done, then shrugged her shouders and accepted the bid.algonacchick @ December 24, 2008 12:20 am wrote: Yes, that dryer lint was sold at Alcon II, IIRC. I think 6 gals pitched in and bought it. I am fairly certain at least some of the proceeds from the sale of any of Al's memorabilia went to charity.
The same girl bought Al's eyeball chair in 2002 for about $3200, IIRC.

Al on BIO Channel
okay, the Bio channel has replayed the Shatner's Raw Nerve featuring Al quite a fews times now, but for some reason I've never seen the Biography of Al on there... was Raw Nerve the only things on BIO about Al so far?
