Well, neither does "Mmmm mmmmm mmmm mmmm", but that didn't stop him!

Okay, this is going to sound weird, but I had a dream that Al released a new ALbum with a new polka medley WITH MY SONG PARODIES AND ORIGINALS! It was called the Novelty Polka.

But seriously, I think Al should do another polka cover version of another classic rock song like the Stairway to Heaven Polka (Led Zeppelin), The Unforgiven Polka (Metallica), Dream On Polka (Aero Smith), or Polly Wants a Polka (Nirvana)

They're called "Aerosmith," not "Aero Smith." :stern:

I've been hoping for an Aerosmith polka medley since THRP. But I think a better title would be "Polka This Way" as a reference to "Walk this Way."

Also, I believe Al wanted to do a Zeppelin polka, but was denied permission.

He already used Metallica in "Polka Your Eyes Out," with "Enter Sandman," their only good song...so I can't see a Metallica polka.

And as much as I'd love a Nirvana polka, I can't see it happening.
I'm ranking every Beatles song on my new pop culture blog. Check it out!

Hi di ho everyone.
Anyway recently I been finding "picturing current chart toppers polkaied" kinda interesting.
I am sure jim would love to do "unwell" for obvious reasons
most current hits could be sped up
like Bring me To Life
Unwell
So Yesterday

I think a great one is that song by The Darkness (I think their name is). Its that awful yodeling song "Thing called love" (maybe?). The tempo is about right for a polka.

It goes "I believe in a thing called love...(unintelligible) yodel, yodel, yodel, yodel-io".

I read in Entertainment Weekly that they are supposed to be the funniest band since "Spinal Tap". Are they marketing themselves as a joke? They're not funny enough to be taken as a joke and they stink as a real band so where do they belong?

It's "I Believe in a Thing Called Love". I like that band- they're a cheesy Queen/ Spinal Tap mocking band.
Work, is play. Tofutti break today.

Oh that would definitly be good for a polka, let's see Al's voice reach those Tiny Tim heights!!!

Question is, will the novelty wear off before it becomes a big hit? So far, it looks like no.
