That's because, being a normal person and not the usual sort of desperate celebrity attention-seeker, Al has apparently preferred to share the sexual aspects of his life with one person at a time and not tens of thousands.

He really has done an exceptional job, all things considered, of keeping his private life private.

Very well said, OE. Al pretty much makes the best role model a person can ask for - monogamous, non-smoker/drinker (except the occasional wine for special occasions, apparently), drug-free all his life, famous for a legitimate reason (ie, not just because he's rich or sleeps around), and he's proof that hard work, talent and infinite determination can pay off in this world.
