It's now at 37, surpassing the original which is at 50

The orignal song is at #6 on the itunes chart, not #50. Weird Al's version is catching up though.

Come on guys! Convince all your friend and families to part with 99 pennies for Al. Let's get this bad boy into the top 10 by next tuesday.

He never said he would pay for the lipo. He just said if she had the lipo, she could be second runner-up Miss Ohio. It was a left-handed compliment. Yeah but still what does that have to do with the economy or being cheap? I was wondering this too so I'm glad someone brought it up. It doesn't really jive in with the rest of the song. Maybe it came from trying to parody something from the original song?

I'm up over 100 listens. I know the lyrics good enough to sing it without listening to it.

I was wondering the same thing about the Miss Ohio verse, and it seems to be a direct parody of these lines from the original song:

Well, this might be a stretch, but, with that line, he's proving he's not only cheap when it comes to money, he's also cheap when it comes to compliments.
