ok my mom would always yell "turn that s*** off" whenever i put Weird Al on the loud sterio in my room.

she would constantly say he's crazy and never wants to hear or see anything he makes!
here's the great thing though - LAST NIGHT, I GOT HER TO LISTEN ABOUT AN ALBUM WORTH OF AL'S SONGS!!!! AND SHE DIDN"T EVEN TAKE THE HEADPHONES OFF OR FLINCH ONCE!!!

it was a miracle when she asked me to make her a cd of some of his songs

My dad-not so into him

Mom- has always been a...casual-ish fan
brother #1-he got me into Al
Brother #2-not a fan

So my family is kinda...eh. But I have gotten three of my friends into Al! yay!

hehehe....i think there is hope for Camilla, possibly Eli, but your mum and dad will probably keep their distance for the most part.

I got my sister to watch Al's entire video collection (I've been some sort of closeted Al fan so far) tonight. It was awesome because she forced me to watch the parodied videos before the parodies, which I had seen before, but not all of them. And so many things make sense now!

idk. mum was laughing at some of the songs and vids i showed her, like i said before she constantly pointed out that you two look and sound alike.

i get dad to listen to it and he laughs
Eli only likes Close But No Cigar
Camilla i think is the most likely to get into it outta all the others in my family
