Drooling Over Al 4.0

hehe, he did sing one other line to me earlier in the song. The "wish I was cross-eyed girl so I could see you twice" line.

I believe he's singing that line to me in this picture. My friend Annette took all the pics, and she was sitting to my left. I was right on the aisle! Al almost tripped on my foot cutting in front of us to get back onstage. LOL!

Well I asked Ghia to base it on this pic of course

and I said she was to do it however it worked best as a picture.
She's done an incredible job, and really got across the scary and the awesome (and the totally LUSH!)...but he was a good bit closer than can really be shown effectively in 2 dimensions. I was completely surrounded! I think you'd need some twisty fish-eye effect to get it all in one frame and then you might lose a little of the awesome!

I'm thrilled with the result! and cant thank Ghia enough. Sigh... gonna be drooling over that all day now {happy little dance}

Oh, I totally got that she based her drawing off that pic, Louise. Yeah, pretty darned hot drawing, that's for sure! He certainly was close, wasn't he? I like how in Ghia's drawing, you can only see a hand on the armrest, which *in my fevered Al-gal brain* could be anyone's. Love the idea of imagining he's singng to me.
