Guys, I think something terrible has happened to me. I'll just say it.

I think I'm losing a little interest in Al. :oo

GAH! There. I said it. Shoot me.

I can't let this happen. I've grown too obsessed with Jeff Dunham and RENT and not enough with Al! I actually gave up using my last $25 to buy the UHF CD and use it on Jeff Dunham tickets in Philly. What should I do to get back to my usual AIH? ;(

Jeff Dunham tickets?! You lucky person, I love him! And just the fact that you seem genuine in not wanted to lose interest in Al proves that you don't dislike him. I find myself listening to less Weird Al and more whatever other music is on my iPod, then I notice what I'm doing and play all his songs at full blast while singing along. Even though my dad yelled at me for that...

There's nothing wrong with you.
I know I'm obsessed with Al.
To the point where I actually try to force myself to listen to stuff other than Al most of the time.
Weird, I know.
I have a playlist on iTunes that has like 188 songs I listen to all the time, and at one point, I put all of Al's songs in there. But then I realized I was flooding my playlist with Al, so I then removed them all.
It's like a balancing act with me.
I am always trying to stretch the limits of my musical taste.
I already know I like Al, so I want to find other stuff I can enjoy, too.
And when I have a music library with 8450 songs (thanks, Dad!) there's plenty of room to explore.

So don't be afraid of enjoying other stuff, too!

 I know exactly how you feel Austin. It's happened to me a lot of times before. Just remember that you can still be a crazy Al fan while having other interests, too!

Don't feel bad, Austin. I've gone through periods where I've liked Al less, but still kept an interest in him, too. I doubt you'll stop liking Al altogether.

Don't worry, WAYFan. You still admit to liking Al, so your interest in him isn't gone. You can still enjoy other artists, and still have your Al fandom. I used to post over at thesuburbs.org.uk forum, which is for Ben Folds, but with Al touring, kinda got away from there. Now I'm back there, although I feel like I may have killed any topics I posted in so far. LOL! I have my other interests, but still have my Al fandom intact.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Don't worry WAYFan, that happens to me sometimes...but as long as you still listen to his music, stop by here every once and a while, and still consider him awesome, you'll be okay. :good:
You can call me GEAH (GreenEggs&Ham) or Kat...I'll respond to either one.

I go days without listening to Al, I haven't watched UHF in a long time (And probably the last few times I watched it was with the commentary), I've never watched the Weird Al Show dvds without the commentary, etc....

But I'd never say I've lost my fandom. I just have a lot of other interests. :Y
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?
