He used a real MySpace page and FOOFIE page for the video, so why not use the real Wikipedia page? Only thing is it's not possible to have large text like that in the edit window, so there definitely was some video magic going on there. In other words, he went to the real Wikipedia page, hit edit, filmed the scene, and superimposed the "YOU SUCK" text over it later.
