Song #2 is probably the best on the album. :)

Stephen, I don't think we can talk about that here...

And even though you were humiliated

I'm guessing she gets played on the radio?

I've seen the show, once, and could barely bring myself to actually watch it in full. She's like, that horrible an actress/singer.

I hope Al doesn't touch any of her songs at all. It'd be horrible. Even as talented a songwriter he is, the parody probably wouldn't be as good.

I'm just worried about his new album in total.

Al doesn't have to parody the crap songs if he doesn't want to. The thing is, he feels obligated to.

He could do a parody of Pork & Beans by Weezer, which is a great song, but I have a feeling he won't because even though it's popular, it's not getting overplayed like Hannah Montana.

I can imagine a big gathering of everyone who has appeared in any Al video, the TV show, and UHF.
Epic video.

I'd love to see it (And hear it), but I doubt Pork and Beans will still be playing on the radio when Al sits down to write. That's the problem when a song is a big hit right away, it has no sustaining power afterwards.

Unless it crosses over, songs that were big hits on modern rock radio tend to cross over very late in the game (Unless you're a modern rock band that already has a big top 40 fanbase, like the Chili Peppers or Coldplay or the like....)
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

I've only heard of Weezer in connection with Al. I've never heard any of their music or seen it in record shops
