Gracious. That's a MOST impressive collection. Al's name (and professional monicker) have been comprehensively bent, folded, spindled and mutilated!

On a hunch, I did a Yahoo search for "Wired Al" and found that one, too, although quite a few of the "Wired Al" references were to Mr. "I Invented the Internet" Gore.

I'm not sure, though, that "Wearied Al" is always a misspelling, considering the stats we were discussing a little while ago under "Touring: The Math."

I mean, Al's a big star. Surely too big for just one adjective.

It is especially pathetic when Al's name is misspelled on the concert tickets, or worse yet -- on a huge theater marquee. I have 2 ticket stubs (both from Morristown, NJ), that misspelled Al's name -- in two different ways!

Maybe Al could do a cover of Loudon Wainwrights "They Spelled My Name Wrong Again". Which coincidentally came on as I clicked on General Chat. It has to be some sort of sign.

Poor Al!

~knows how Al feels with mispellings and mispronouciations of last names~

Though, the weird is mindboggling. How can so many people mispell that?

Just saw this one in reference to Al's manager and it made me chuckle, so thought I'd pass it along.
