That just means he played somewhere in each state once. If it said "50 DAYS" it would be different.gtrmu @ Feb 10 2008, 02:44 PM wrote: Just saying, George Thorogood once did a "50 Dates in 50 States tour". So, it CAN be done.

You all are also forgetting that it's not just Al. He also has Jim, Steve, Ruben, and Jon with him, too, and they need their rest as well. It would be great to us...to hit more states...play more days...but they're people, too. It's just unreasonable. We'll all probably get to see at least one show somewhere if you're in the states and are willing to travel a couple hours.

I wasnt actually saying that he would or should do it, I was just saying that if he wanted to, he could do 62 shows. I admit it would be awful on him and the band and crew, but it is possible. 40 shows is much more likely.Kristine @ Feb 10 2008, 02:39 PM wrote: I can't believe what I'm reading. You guys (not OE) are making yourselves sound incredibly rude and selfish. Al is human like the rest of us, as is the band and crew. Performing every night with no breaks is unthinkable. They will schedule the tour to maximize efficiency of travel and performer strength like they have been.
