My wish is to meet Al eventually AND be coherent. I doubt I'll be able to fulfill the latter bit of that wish, though, so I think I'll just stick with one thing at a time.
I just
know I'll be totally star-struck and blabbering when I talk to him, though....

I remember when Al called me, he sounded just as nervous as I was.
(To make a long story short, when I was 12 I got really sick and through a friend of a friend, Al called me in the hospital)
And Peggy

That's totally cute that he would get nervous at something like that.
And awesome! Talk about brightening your day.

Again shortening the full story by a lot, I had a large brain tumor that had to have an emergency removal, then a lot of complications came up.
And Peggy

Eek. I'm terribly sorry to hear that... was it worth it to talk to Al... maybe... a little bit
I have a brand new wish... I wanna almost drown in a swimming pool then have Al do CPR...
... ITs one in the morning, and I should REALLY be in bed....

That sounds like a plan! A crazy plan.
.....Crazy enough to work.
Also...my goodness, a brain tumor. That's awful.
In that case, a call from Al was totally necessary.

My ideal Al wish would be to have a conversation with him over some Chi Tea Lattes (or whatever Al drinks) at a coffee shop. Nothing more, nothing less. I like to keep things simple.
