I say, go as Classic 80s Al with the Hawaiian Shirt and Vans, as that is probaby more recognizable than his current look. I did that back in Halloween of 2002 when I was invited to a Halloween Party at a friend's house.
As fo this year?? Although I'm not going as Al, I thought I'd show you what I'll be dressing up as this year.

Sonic Man! ...an original hero who's basically a self-portrait. My costume, however is still a prototype and is not only getting parts altered to it, but comes about 85 percent accurate to this drawing.

I'm in a film class and my teacher wears Hawaiian shirts and plays the acccordion. I'm gonna try to get a wig with curly hair and film some funny thing pretending he's Weird Al. The only downside is that he broke his arm in the summer and He can't play the accordion right now.
I don't leave home without my pancreas.
