I just got back home from night one- it was AWESOME! No Al-money, though... that was the only bad thing the whole concert. Anyways, I got to sit next to my dear friend i_love_yankovic! YAY!

Well, I'm tired and I have to get up early. More review fun later.

Yeah! I'm glad you had a great time.

And let's hope the shows only get better and better!

Glad it was a great show, Kristine. Did Al play the full set-list, or did he cut a few songs?

I have a horrible memory for that kind of stuff (that's why I like photos haha). It seemed like full set.

Glad you had a great time, Kristine!

Do you remember if he did Bob or WDTAHTM?

I'll post a review tomorrow as well because I only have a few hours of sleep before summer school tomorrow. Al played Bob and I'm pretty sure the whole setlist. As much as I can remember anyways. I got everything that blew out into the crowd: the money, streamers, and confetti. I also apologize if you didn't get any of my brownies, but I tried to get them out before the show and security was kinda getting on my back with getting to my seat. It was so great to meet you guys. I didn't get to meet Al or TBitB, you needed a backstage pass and I couldn't say late enough to try and get there. The ride was too far away for me to chill out much longer. Thanks Diva for the nametag and I'm sorry for not remembering who, but thanks someone on here for the bracelet. It was really sweet of you :) I wish I could see him again, it was the time of my life. Well, I best be off to bed if I was to wake up 5 hours from now. Good night!

I had a blast. Somebody gave me a spare ticket, so I got upgraded from row J on the far outside aisle to row E, dead center! :yay: It did appear to be the whole setlist. Al refused to play the OC Fair again unless he was allowed to do a whole song comprised of random palindromes, and fortunately the management caved and let him do it. :P

It is so fun sitting close enough to see Al's facial expressions. I didn't need earplugs this time (although at one time I was wishing I had 'em because of the shriekers directly behind me, but I was in total sympathy with their admiration of Al, no matter how shrilly they expressed it, and they were having a wonderful time)... I think the sound is balanced in a way that's friendlier to my ears somehow.

This time I literally did see everybody from infants to geriatrics in the audience. Me, I wouldn't have taken a baby someplace that noisy, but hey, not my infant.

I came in to work this morning and one of the lawyers said, "I saw you at the concert last night."

Thanks for the nametag, Nan! See you all tonight!
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

I'm glad night one went well! It's cool he did the whole setlist. I wonder if he'll change it up a little for one of the other nights. Anyway, have fun at night two, everyone!
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I'll be back on the grounds getting more petition sigs at around 5pm. I'll be making my way through the line that forms around the corner.
