Speaking of this show, it's still not too late for someone to step up at the last minute to volunteer to pass around the Rock Hall petition, I'm just sayin'....

I will sincerely try to do that. I'll also take along some petitions for the Stockton show tomorrow night. I'm not very good at it, but I'll give it the old college try.

Well last night was filled with...ummm...no sleep whatsoever. I drive to Northern CA today. Soundcheck is at 3PM on Saturday. I'm a bundle of nerves. Right before I hit the stage I should be fine though (hopefully) and I will CRASH. I still totally expect a phone call at any minute saying, "Oh we were just kidding."

If you're going to be at this show, PLEASE stop me and say hi! I'll be out and about before/after and would love to meet folks (and say hi to those I've before). I will be in a daze though, so you'll have to come right up and say hey!

I'm going to be bringing copies of Laughter is a powerful weapon. Hopefully I'll be able to sell merch somehow, but if you need a copy of Volume 2 with Al's track on it, I will have some there.

Who'd have thought that close to 14 years after this picture was taken...

...I'd be doing what I'm doing tomorrow. I get to do the job I love, opening for my hero, then I get to watch my hero kick comedy music butt all over Konocti! Yeah, I think tomorrow night's show is my favorite Al show of all time. And it hasn't even happened yet!

I also think I'm gonna throw up!
