You're missing a few of them in there.
Here's a complete list (not divided by year). I've highlighted the ones you left out.
Boy George
Sting
Prince
Madonna (two different interviews with her - one in the 80s and one in the 90s)
George Harrison
James Brown
Bruce Springsteen
John Cougar Mellencamp
Vince Neil
Def Lepard
Paula Abdul
Tom Petty
Ozzy Osbourne
Paul McCartney
Billy Joel
Mariah Carey
Robert Plant
Mick Jaggar
Keith Richards
Cher
Steven Tyler
Michael Stipe
Snoop Dogg
Avril Lavigne
Britney Spears & Justin Timberlake
Celine Dion
Eminem
Jessica Simpson
Kevin Federline
Also, you have a couple people listed twice, but to be clear, the only person to ever have two interviews was Madonna.
Also, the Paul McCartney interview that you've listed under #3 and #6 is not an actual mock interview. It's a clip from some awards show where Al is seen in the background behind Paul. And Al has dubbed himself over the clip as if he's asking questions from behind. The Paul interview from the 3rd ALMUSIC is legit, though, as well as being one of the funniest he's ever done.
Oh, and as for your question about the 1996 edition of ALTV, the station, MTV, decided at that time that it would be a better use of the special to show many of the videos that Al has parodied along with Al's version. So that was the whole show. "Lump," then "Gump," "Beat It," then "Eat It." You get the picture. He had little bits and gags in between just to give the real fans something, and he also made a point to mock MTV's idea (which I actually kind of liked), but there were none of the regular ALTV segments, such as fake news, doctored videos, and mock interviews. When it returned in 1999, it had the interviews and the fake news, but it was significantly stripped down and there was almost no time for any of Al's favorite videos.
BTW, I once made up a special DVD of the interviews that Al's done. I need to redo it to include the two most recent ones, but here's the front and back covers from the DVD.
