If it is in the medley, I doubt he'd do the first verse of the song.weird_el @ Feb 8 2007, 10:17 PM wrote: I think CP will be downgraded to the Medley as well. But, the Anna Nicole line comes before the chorus, so I think that much will remain.
Not because of the Anna Nicole thing, but because of the fact that half of that verse is about "The Osbournes" which has been off the air for a long time now. I think he'd more likely do the third verse.

When do you think we'll get word of an official setlist? Any chance before his first show on march 10th? Do you think the setlist will be different from the U.S. and Australian tours?

Usually the setlist doesn't get posted onto Weirdal.com until after the tour ends, so we usually rely on folks going to the first show for setlist information.jbracciante @ Feb 12 2007, 10:56 AM wrote: When do you think we'll get word of an official setlist?

Everything is crossed for a UK/Europe tour! *struggles to type*algonacchick @ Feb 7 2007, 06:04 PM wrote: Keep your fingers crossed for a European tour!
It would be something I could cross off my Things I Must Do!!! list, just before Meet Weird Al and right after Tidy Room.

I actually prefer to be heavily spoiled for the concerts. For one thing, I like to know what songs to look forward to. And knowing the setlist in advance avoids the disappointment that may come with certain concert favorites being dropped, such as "Like a Surgeon" last time. I would have been ticked if I hadn't known it was being dropped ahead of time.
Also, I find it valuable to know the lyrics of any concert only parodies. It's difficult to understand the lyrics of songs that you've never heard before. I vividly remember straining to understand even a single word of "Headline News" during the Alapalooza Tour. Since then, I've made it a point to learn the lyrics ahead of time, so I can better appreciate the parodies.
Also, with my lousy memory, I usually forget the exact order of the songs anyway, so it's still a bit of a surprise each song that comes up.

Im sure Al is doing his very best to see if he will be able to do a UK/Euro tour, which would be great! So I'm keeping my fingers crossed too!The Lilac Pilgrim @ Feb 12 2007, 10:46 PM wrote: Everything is crossed for a UK/Europe tour! *struggles to type*
