Yes, I guess..
But I found the original list of songs, so I'll manually hunt them all down..
Sorry for the inconvenience..
For future convenience, here's the full and original list:
The Trashmen - "Surfn' Bird" (Track 1): "Some of the greatest lyrics ever written in the history of rock 'n' roll."
The B-52s - "52 Girls" (Track 2): "Reminds me of my college radio DJ days."
Spike Jones and Spike Jones and His City Slickers - "Der Fuehrer's Face" (Track 3): "How can you do an iTunes playlist and not have a song about Hitler?"
Mason Williams - "Classical Gas" (Track 4): "My favorite song when I was ten years old, and I still think it's great."
John Hartford - "Boogie" (Track 5): "When the song you're singing is this beautiful and heartfelt, you don't really need any instruments backing you up."
The Kinks - "Ducks on the Wall" (Track 6): "I love this song because the subject matter is so totally random. Plus, it ROCKS."
Devo - "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" (Track 7): "Best. Cover song. Ever."
Alice Cooper - "No More Mr. Nice Guy" (Track cool.gif: "Gotta love Alice. I mean, come on."
Brian Wilson - "Vege-Tables" (Track 9): "The SMiLE album is insanely good, plus you just have to give props to any song that encourages eating your vegetables."

Cake - "Sheep Go to Heaven" (Track 11): "Great band, great song. Everybody sing along now!"
Beck - "Mixed Bizness" (Track 12): "Beck does Prince even better than Prince."
They Might Be Giants - "Put Your Hand Inside the Puppet Head" (Track 13): "TMBG...prolific, smart, funny, great guys. One of my all-time favorite bands."
Sparks - "I Predict" (Track 14): "Sparks--another legendary, amazingly talented band that's not afraid to be funny."
Raymond Scott - "Powerhouse" (Track 15): "Aw, yeah! Raymond Scott kickin' it old school!"

Dean Elliott and His Big Band - "Lonesome Road" (Track 17): "This is an incredible track. I wish I could find the rest of the Dean Elliott catalog somewhere."
Talking Heads - "Stay Up Late" (Track 18): "This has always been one of my favorite songs, but now that I'm a new parent, it takes on added significance."
Fishbone - "It's a Wonderful Life (Gonna Have a Good Time)" (Track 19): "Catchiest song ever written about an old Frank Capra movie."

Ringo Starr - "I'm the Greatest" (Track 24): "Ringo obviously knows it's important to have a healthy self-image. This song was written by John Lennon, whom I'm told used to be in a band with him."
Cat Stevens - "Music" (Track 25): "One of the many beautiful songs that Cat Stevens made before he made the 'no fly' list and became such a dangerous threat to our Homeland Security."
Ben Folds - "The Luckiest" (Track 26): "I love so many of Ben's songs, but I had to pick this one because I think it's the greatest love song ever written. Seriously."
and then he added:
"Can I Put You On" (Track 6): "Okay, so I had Elton John posters plastered all over my room when I was 15. What about it?"
I'll post when I get on my main computer how the current list compares to this.

I just did some comparing of the list posted here to the one currently on iTunes, and it looks like the following song is the one that got axed in favor of the Elton John tune:
Adrian
I wonder if they made him pull it because of the child abuse joke. >:)Ramones - "Beat on the Brat" (Track 22): "Most upbeat, danceable track about child abuse ever recorded."
Adrian
