If you like DaVincis Notebook, I'd go with Paul and Storm, formerly of DN. Funny guys. And real awesome to talk to.

Since there's no tour in the immediate future, didn't there used to be a topic about other artists and songs to explore? I really need some new music to listen to and can't get Dr. Demento!

Any suggestions for beating the summertime ennui?
Hi sg!
At the Werid Al Star show at the Mint there was an act called Hard n' Phirm that was FABULOUS!!!!! Funny as all heck. They're SoCal based but if they make their way up north, I'd highly recommend a trip. Hey, I'd recommend one down here to see them too. They're that good.

*sigh* If it wasn't for Atlantic, we'd have the new album and the tour would be starting around now

Hi SG,
Try AquaBats! I think they tour around a bit. Check out a CD.

I'm not being condescending, I'm too busy thinking about far more important things you wouldn't understand.

The AquaBats and Moosebutter are both great! And they're both from my home state of Utah. I see Moosebutter several times a year. Their show is high energy, and very fun!

The Aquabats are touring?! When? Where? Are they coming to St. Louis?

Although they aren't comedic, They Might Be Giants is a very, very good band .
