So, we're never going to hear this in 100% CD quality (at least not now) for reasons we don't know at the moment. But, hey, look at the bright side. Because of this one song that wasn't able to make it, Al will be making yet another (or maybe even another two) to complete the album. More Al goodness!

SPOILER shouldn't YP be in 5.1 surround sound? though I bet we were given the regular mix for download, but I don't have a 5.1 system to test it.
we know that the album will be 5.1, and if this song was originally meant to be on the new ALbum and is one of the 11 songs that has been completely mixed and mastered, then it would have been mixed in 5.1 like the rest....

We may never know (or maybe we may) know the backstory to "You're Pitiful" or whether James Blunt deserves to join the august company of Marshall Mathers and Artis Ivey, Jr., but maybe we can see a hint of his (or his suits') attitude toward parody here.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

if this in relation to what I said, I know that YP isn't going to be on the album anymore, but at some stage it must have been. We know that Al doesn't put this amount of effort into something he isn't going to use.algonacchick @ Jun 9 2006, 03:07 PM wrote: YP is not going to be on the new album. Apparently, there was an email sent out. It's been mentioned in this topic already, and a few others.
SPOILER If YP was origianlly expected to be on the new album, it would have been mixed in 5.1 surround sound. I was just asking if the version put up for download is in 5.1, or if we were given a regular stereo/2.1 version?
