Sondheim's wrote the lyrics to "West Side Story," accompanying the music by Leonard Bernstein.
Samuel Byck, who tried to assassinate President Nixon, shared his plans with Bernstein.
Nixon was shown briefly in the "Gump" video.

Well, he really didn't parody that song, he used it in a polka medley. I thought a person-to-person connection with Kevin was a better fit, but, whatever.
