"La Bamba," a traditional Mexican folk song first made popular as a rock hit by Ritchie Valens in the late 1950s and then again in 1987 by Los Lobos.KnottyEmily @ Nov 29 2005, 04:11 AM wrote: what is the name of the song that Lasagna is a parody of?

No feedback at all about it, and I thought both of those videos were clever.
Ah, well. Maybe Hangin' 27 was the wrong topic to put it in.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

Thanks. It was just a little shout out from me to The Great Weird One. Ya know... if he sees it. Yes, he has an ALendar, but I don't know if he would look at it that minutely. Hi All!
I can assure you that Al hasn't choked on a vegen sandwich! They are getting together the first of January to record the "parady" part of the new album. Can't do it without Al!
Jim West is at our house this weekend for a sort of "vacation". Unfortunately, he left LA's 70 degree weather for our wonderful 19 degree Indiana frozen tundra.... Figures, we pick the coldest week so far to have him come out.
Cool thing, we took him to Sam Ash last night to meet one of their employees who sold us a guitar we gave him for early Christmas. The guys at Sam Ash had Jim sign a guitar that they are going to put up for display! It was pretty cool!
I'll grab some pictures today and try to post them. Maybe a couple of the poor guy just shivering.
Dave
