Carol, that's really cool-looking! I like the different colors.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

I thought it looked like a watercolour. It's pretty cool.

I went to Curves to work out today. I wore my Animé Al tee. The gal that works there liked it. :D I talked to her for a while before I left. I had my jacket on, which has several Al pins on it, including my boxers pin that Diva made for me. It represents about six of Al's songs with different little charms hanging off a pair of boxers. Anyway, I was talking about how she also made me spatula earrings. The gal knew immediately why I had spatulas! We started talking about Spatula City. She said when her kids were little, they watched UHF a lot. She and her hubby decided to wrap up a box filled with spatulas for the kids at Christmas one year. I guess the kids didn't think it was as funny as their parents did. hehe, I told her what Al said about UHF during his "Movies That Should Have Been Made in 3-D" segment. He had mentioned two other movies, then said "and of course, UHF. Man, if that movie had been in 3-D! Who am I kidding? There's no way to improve on this movie!" She said, "Nah, it was awesome!" I always enjoy going to Curves, and talking to Sue, but she made my day today!

:peace:

Coolness Patti!

Anyway, here's another heartwarming (Or stomach churning, depending on your view of me) story about Al.

Last night, I was in a terrible mood. I had snapped at some friends ( ), and was really feeling down. I put on VH1 Classic just to pass the time, and if by divine intervention (Though more likely the fact that VH1 C is on 12 hour rotation :P ), there's Like a Surgeon.

It made me realize how much of a jerk I was, and made me feel better. Go Al! :whoot:
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

I'm glad an Al video made you feel better, Dingo. I also wish I had Vh-1 Classic.

A girl at work asked me which song it was that had the alligator shirt in it, and I started singing Buy Me A Condo and SHE STARTED SINGING ALONG a little bit. I mean, it's not like this was a super famous parody of Al's that a lot of non-aholics would know, so I was happy.
