Got back from Gooseberry Falls yesterday. I went with my friend Ricky. Anyways, here's a few of the shots I got:

A shot of the upper falls through the hwy 61 bridge

The upper falls from the bottom

Upper falls from the walkway under the hwy 61 bridge

Lower falls

A large point on Lake Superior about 5 miles away. I had to zoom way in. You can barely see Split Rock Lighthouse in the distance

Ricky after he threw a rock in Lake Superior

Not from Gooseberry Falls, but here's a lighthouse at the end of the breakwall in Two Harbors, MN

I call this one "Kyle's Ledge" because of my teacher Kyle climbing down onto it last October when my class took a trip up there.

Here's that shot of Kyle from last year, BTW

The waterfalls were very dry. Here's a shot of one waterfall and how dry it was...

And here's what that waterfall normally looks like...

Ive got more pics but those are my favorites of what I got. I might post more sometime, but I just thought Id post just a few for now.

nice pics, Jared! It reminds me of Silver Falls State park in Oregon. VERY beautiful! I can't get over how dry it is there/here.

I just looked at pics for Silver Falls and that place looks super fun. Assuming I was looking at a page for the right place, it has 10 falls in the park, right? Gooseberry only has 5. I didnt take the camera with to the 5th falls, and I'm glad I didnt since it probably would have gotten broken from all the climbing you can do up there. Its so fun.

Very nice pics, Jenni. You must be very proud of Jana for donating her hair. That's really great! I like her haircut, too.
