I think that Black Eyed Peas song would be good (Let's Get it Started?). Especially the part that goes "runnin', runnin', runnin'...."

These are some old posts, but Allie mentioned "Take Me Out", and SuperOy mentioned "Float On" and "Somebody Told Me"...those would all totally polka! Some of my favorite songs, too!

Hollaback Girl would fit wonderfully in a polka along with The Killers Mr. Bright side (I think that's what it's called) or maybe even a full-blown parody for both.
