Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

The chances are only low that I'll obtain every apperance that I listed. But I can assure you that I will put every one of them I own onto DVDs.

The Weird Al Show episodes should actually be about 20 minutes (that is, assuming commercials aren't included). There, that ought to save you some space.

Oh, I forgot about that. That would save me about 40 minutes per disc, allowing for a maximum of 2 more episodes per disc. So, it'll be 2 full discs, and one with only about 20 minutes taken up.

A couple months ago I made my own TWAS DVD's from my master VHS copies. It took up three discs - I had discs 1 and 2 be 5 episodes each, and disc 3 was the last 3 episodes as well as about 45 minutes of bonus features (TV commercials and a couple of interviews Al did about the show).

Keep in mind that many of the things you listed are already out on DVD (just about every movie appearance, Futurama, King of the Hill, etc)

Until the costs of dual layer DVD media comes down, I'm sticking to single layer. That's why I'm putting off transfering & remastering AL TV #1-6 for a while longer

For these DVD that you're making, I wouldent be putting stuff on these that are commercially available, like the Naked Gun clips, The Tommorow Show, etc if you plan on passing these around to people at some point. AL-TV's, and all that other stuff would be fine I would think.

I'm also working on preserving my TV collection as well. I have about 25 tapes worth of stuff, so it's definatly going to take me time to do all of that.
