You can save them as JPGs and GIFs in Paint. At least you can in the recent versions.

The face looks odd somehow. Maybe it's the chin. We all know Al's chin is longer than that. It almost looks like you could move the face up a little, so the forehead isn't so high. If you could adjust the face, it'd be great!

I know the chin looks kinda weird, but I opted to keep Mona Lisa's chin to try not to mess around too much with the original. I do see your point about nudging the face up though, so I'll try and do that.
