I have been wondering if Insoft is a real person... :)

insoft is a real person. He's from the Netherlands and is like 18 years old by now. I never talk to the guy anymore (he's never online) and he only visits this forum once per month or something like that.

One of these days I will delete his moderator rights, he doesn't use them at all!

Occupation? Habitual college student. Not working right now, but I used to work as a security guard. I saved up enough money so I don't have to work while going to school, plus living at home and getting meals free helps.

Marital Status? Single but looking

Favorite Books? Huckleburry Finn (Mark Twain), 1984 (George Orwell) , Downsize This (Michael Moore), Mad magazine and Dilbert books.

Favorite Movies? Besides UHF, I like Terminator 2, Back to the future series, Bill & Ted movies, The Matrix, among others.

Favorite Music (aside from Al, of course) Frank Zappa, Van Halen, other classic rock, all things Demented (listen to Dr. Demento on WLUP.com 11Pm-1AM central sunday night-97.9FM) plus a wide variety of just about any type of music besides country. (sorry dixie chicks)

Left handed? Right handed? Right handed, left brained. (at least that's what they told me in science class). Although I did become left handed for a time when I broke my right arm in wrestling camp, I was ambidexsomething for a little while but now am back to being right handed.

If money was no object, what one thing would you do? Drop millions of dollars from a helicoptor onto a crowd below and watch people fight over it. Give envelopes of a million dollars out to random people on the street. Solve world hunger. Achieve world peace. (that one might be a little tougher). If I had to do something for myself, I would buy a place in the Carribean, travel the world, and of course organize a free Weird Al concert in my hometown. (oops, that was more than one thing)

Have any hobbies? Surfing the internet, playing video games, watching movies . . . see more below

What's the most exciting thing you've ever done? When I went into downtown Chicago by myself for the first time, to see Weird Al in concert. A homeless guy was following me around asking for money. It was kind of scary.

Do you have any special interests or hidden talents? I know how to play guitar but don't play much any more. I also enjoy writing songs, parodies and regular ones. I have a pretty wild imagination. As a kid I would always be thinking of ideas for TV shows and movies. Aliens on other planets, that sort of thing. I think if they could have hooked a thing up to my brain to transmit my thoughts, I could have made some cool TV series. My imagination isn't what it used to be, as adulthood sets in, but if I have the time and motivation I could probably be a good writer-

if only I liked writing as much as thinking up stuff.

You all must be really curious about me after reading my extensive, um, three posts... Oh well, I'm bored, so you're getting this anyway:

Occupation? Formerly, a slave to the giraffe at Toys R Us, I was since laid off (thanx Bush tax plan!), and am now a full-time student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh

Marital Status? Single. Bitterly, depressingly single.

Favorite Books? I'm a big Stephen King fan, although lately most of what I've been reading lately has been characterized as "left-wing propaganda".

Favorite Movies? All five Star Wars movies, The Big Lebowski, Bowling For Columbine, Young Frankenstein, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, anything Monty Python, all of Kevin Smith's movies (particularly Dogma and Chasing Amy). I also like this one movie where some weird singer guy's uncle gives him a TV station, and he gives a show to that Kramer dude and makes a big hit out of it, but I can't remember what that one's called. :satisfied:

Favorite Music (aside from Al, of course) Wow, it'd be quicker to list what I don't listen to. I like pretty much anything - someone once described my CD collection as looking like I went through Best Buy throwing things into a shopping cart at random. Probably my favorites at the moment are Ben Folds, They Might Be Giants, Johnny Cash, N.E.R.D., Tenacious D, Bob Dylan and The Beatles, but my taste is a lot more varied than that. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who owns a Michelle Branch *and* a Black Label Society CD.

Left handed? Right handed? Right.

If money was no object, what one thing would you do? I'd buy a politician or two and try to fix this country. And then I'd get a racecar.

Have any hobbies? Posting odd links and political rantings on my blog, drawing cartoons... I'm also a pretty big wrestling fan, but please don't hold that against me. :)

What's the most exciting thing you've ever done? I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die. No, wait, that was someone else. Well, once I sawr a blimp.

Do you have any special interests or hidden talents? I consider myself something of an artist, although most of instructors agree that I hide that talent a little too well.
