It was interesting how he picked one girl and sang to only her at the end. It doesn't matter, Al won the crowd over with that performance!

Did anyone else think it was funny that these totally clueless, don't know anything about Al, people had the privelege of seeing Al so close?
I think of them as future rabid diehard tour-chasing Al fans.
Having been clueless myself as recently as June, 2002, I know whereof I speak.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

What I think is interesting is the reaction of not-yet-fans to this song. I'm sure they never, in a million years, expected to be twitterpated because "Weird Al" Yankovic serenaded them.

Very true, Bobbi. Isn't that right, OE?
Patti
one of the twitterpated as well
*sigh* I'll never forget that
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

I think most of the ladies enjoyed being sung to.

I was watching the show and some of the people's faces looked embarrassed/I can't believe I'm here type of look.
Al sang to that girl at teh end because he saw that she was having so much fun, so he decided to see if he could make her faint.
