Favorite Al Cameo!

Hey Hey Hey. Its Dr Decay!

I know this might sound like a weird question however, what is your favorite "Weird Al" cameo. It could be from a movie, a music video, or a TV show that he was on. I would have to say mine would be when he wore a short haired wig in the Hanson music video for "River." I also thought the promos that he did for MTV that ran that summer were excellent.

My favorite is when he stops at my house every other Tuesday just to do my laundry and drink a diet chocolate soda.

I like his cameo in "Naked Gun 2 1/2," if only because he gets to show off a little bit of his acting ability.

Usually when he shows up for a cameo on some TV show or something as just Weird Al, there seems to be a tendency to have him overact slightly. At least in "2 1/2," it works a little better for the part of a strung-out lowlife.

But what about his classy, understated performance as Weird Al on VIP? :dontgetit:

I'm gonna have to go with any cameo where Al's wearing boxers.

And a good nostril zoom is always a plus.

Afterthought: Make that "any cameo where Al's wearing boxers but not any other pants." For all we know, he may be wearing boxers in ALL his cameos.

I vote for Naked Gun 2½ too. Not just for the acting, but also because Al is pointing a gun at OJ Simpson. I enjoy that now even more for the irony.

Not really a cameo, but on that nostril note, Al behind Rick Derringer making funny faces and showing the camera his nostrils while Rick says how mature he is now. Priceless...

Hmmm...hard decision. I'd have to go with Naked Gun 2 and 1/2 too. One of my favorite cameos.

Naked Gun 1 was great too. Just that great delivery of the line "Sir, they're not here for you, Weird Al Yankovic is on the plane" like Al is Elvis was great.

I'm not sure which Naked Gun movie it is, but the one where he goes to the Academy Awards with Vanna White and Frank takes his place and poses as Weird Al XD!
