I recently picked up The Very Best of Dr. Demento compilation (which is great, btw). On the cover, there are a whole many pictures of Dr. Demento. And then there are two, on the far right and far left, that look JUST LIKE AL. However, none of the other featured artists are pictured on the cover, so I'm left with this question... is it really our boy, or do Al and Barry look A LOT alike?

I'm just wondering. I could be wrong.

Maybe it is Al on the cover I havent seen it.

Is this a new compilation?

it looks like perhaps Dr D did look like Al in his younger years, but I see the pics you mean.

Nope, it's the Doctor, certainly looking like Al (Or in the pic with the record under his chin, MST3K's Clayton Forrester).


But, there is of course a great introduction by Al in the liner notes and a good picture for all the Al Gals out there :biggrin:
