I can guarantee it's for promotional stuff. It'll probably be released when the official tour announcement and dates come along in the near future. For tours like MF and SOL, he had an album full of promotional photos to use. For the last tour, he didn't really need photos as there was no specific theme to the tour (other than the logo itself).

I believe in an interview he said (maybe that hollywood reporter article that's been circulating) that he has yet to schedule venues yet, and the big tour announcement will be coming "probably around late October" and the tour will be during Summer 2019

This tour sounds like it is going to be amazing. An orchestra, backup singers, deep cuts not played on the last tour, and the best band in the whole word. So excited!

Looking forward to this one, although I really really really hate that tickets are going on sale 6-8 months in advance, and especially now when the budget is even tighter with the holidays. Also, tickets for the final KISS tour go on sale this week and I can’t miss that one either. If the tour is running from late spring to early fall like the last one did why can’t tickets go on sale in like February / March?

My best educated guess is that these two songs will be "Pancreas" and "Genius In France".

Just a quick thought: depending on how early these orchestras and musicians get the arrangements ahead of time, this could possibly be the first tour in which the setlist leaks before the first show. I'm not saying that will or should happen, just that this is really the first time that the setlist is available to such a large number of people prior to a tour.
