Where are you sitting at the Dallas show? My daughter is getting as antsy as I am about that show. Yesterday she tells me in 10 days she has a test. I thought something big was happening at school but then she goes on about the test having something to do with pointing out certain songs during the show. She lost me but I was just glad this test was not going to mess up plans for that day. :) Already trying to work out how this is all going down. I will probably leave work early...get her...go grab friend...head downtown for some of the VIP stuff before the show. She will be so tired by the end of the thing I just hope she is pumped up too much to get cranky/annoying as we wait in M&G line.

I'm not going to make it to this show after all.

And, the venue was kind enough to give me a ticket refund due to medical stuff. Right now, I have a Lupus flare-up going on and a round trip to Longview is going to be too much on me. There are two shows closer to my house, so I think I'll try to go to them instead.

In Dallas, I'll be in Center Orchestra, Row U, Seat 5. I had a heck of time trying to get presale code to work, and by the time I did (the day it went on sale), that was literally the best seat it gave me at the time. I wouldn't mind scoping out for a slightly better seat, but it'll probably be too expensive.

The M&G for Dallas sold out like crazy. I wonder what that crowd would be like? I couldn't even buy a full VIP for that if I could swing the money, lol.

That sucks! I'm glad you got your money back, though! Which shows? Austin and San Antonio? I wanted to try one of them, but there's no way I could swing another road trip.

Yeah the mess with presale was bad. I was in the middle of a local con and taking classes while trying to get tickets. Never happened until late that evening when a friend who lives in Denver mentioned a code he got in email that worked. I tried it and sure enough was able to get in and get tickets. We got center row D on the aisle. I could have done center of the aisle but with an 8 year old I figured being on the edge was better in case she needed to run to restroom or wanted to dance in the aisle. At the time it was the $269 each for full blown VIP M&G tickets. No telling what someone would try and sell them for now. If I had to back out I would ask for going price at first but not more. I am never in it to make money and would want to make sure someone got to enjoy the show and M&G.

I live half-way between Austin and San Antonio. Austin has the Moontower Comedy Festival at the Paramount Theatre and San Antonio has the show at the Tobin Center. I don't think I would use that much of the Comedy Festival ticket. One ticket gets admission to several different shows during the Festival and it's priced accordingly. Festival starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday. I might go to San Antonio instead of Austin.

Quick question for anyone who did the vip here: did you guys get you watch? Did they say anything about the watch?

I got an email a few days after the show. I was VIP for the 4/6 Chicago show and received an email from CID on 4/10. It asked me to verify my shipping address and my watch choice. Once I'd submitted my info I got an email confirmation which said I'd get a second email when my watch shipped in approx 2 weeks.

Maybe reach out to CID Entertainment to make sure they have your info?
