He's the singer in a little band called Pearl Jam. And I really hope Al takes Pearl Jam as an influence, because they are the ones who SET THE BAR for doing live concerts, down to changing their setlists night to night and pulling out really obscure and ignored songs when nobody suspects it, which really puts the pressure on fans to go to as many shows as they can.

....I'm really the only one who wants to see When I Was Your Age live? For years I thought that would be a great concert opener "Let me tell you sonny, let me see you straight", even before the plan for this new tour. Please, Tarrytown or NYC!!! :)

What I want to know is, is this going to be limited only to originals that have been performed live previously, or could this potentially include back catalogue tracks that have never been played live ever? How many songs does Al have that would be impossibly to play live for one reason or another?

They said it was gonna be deep tracks so I'd say stuff never been done is a better

Obviously there are dozens of songs I would love to hear, but "Frank's 2000" TV" would be beautiful acoustically.

If it's a completely new acoustic arrangement, then by all means yes. But if it's just the same Frank's 2000" TV that was on the last tour, eh I'm good!

Would love to hear
  • Skipper Dan
  • Frank's 2000" TV
  • UHF
  • Genius in France
  • Weasel Stomping Day
In addition, what I felt to be cool would be a Polka of Weird Al cover song ;)

It would be so cool if Al performed Albuquerque and Jackson Park Express, although, it may be quite tiresome to do them both during one show, so, at least one of them!
Also, Dare to be Stupid in acoustic arrangement will be fun, too.
