Same issue that Nessie mentioned. It's now 10:02 and no code came in, despite the email from Ticketmaster last night.

From what I'm seeing here and on Twitter, the issue seems to be with west coast shows.

I got a text about my (west coast show) presale tix 2 hours before the on-sale time and was able to purchase on the spot.
This whole thing is so friggin disorganized and inconsistent...

I am trying for Palm Springs. I've seen people complaining about not receiving their codes for the Los Angeles show, too. Tried to contact Ticketmaster through the link in the "You’ve Been Selected For Presale Access" email. While jumping through the hoops on their website to submit the form, a pop-up said that fan club presale codes (which I'm assuming this qualifies as) are issued from the fan club and are not Ticketmaster's problem. Not sure who to contact for the fan club, would that be CID Entertainment?

I have codes for Boston, Foxwoods, and Portsmouth, NH.
I can purchase tickets and email them to you, and get payment through PayPal.
Let me know if you're interested.

Re: The Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour
So I guess I'm just... giving up? Waiting for a code to be texted over? Or waiting for the regular on-sale on Friday?
What else can I even do at this point? No code has come in, and the Ticketmaster phone number is busy.
I'm sure I will end up getting tickets to the show, but will it be the best possible tickets which I was ready to purchase this morning? Doubtful!
My dad said he had to sign up for Verified Fan to get tickets to Bruce's show on Broadway, and a similar thing happened where only a handful of people who signed up actually got the codes. Then a few weeks later he happened to get a text with the code and it worked. Great system, Ticketmaster!

I'm sure all the brokers got their codes in a timely manner.

I eventually got an email from Al with a code that worked.
I imagine the text from Ticketmaster will arrive in a month or two.

You can add the East Coast to that as well.Nessie wrote:From what I'm seeing here and on Twitter, the issue seems to be with west coast shows.
