Re: Track 22 Speculation
I don't think "What Is Life" is it, because it's already available to purchase. I thought it was supposed to be a track that isn't out yet.

Looks to me like it's going to be a cover of "Beat on the Brat" by The Ramones!

Re: Track 22 Speculation
It looks like Dr. Demento is coming out with a new compilation in November that is available for pre-order 10/13. It's a new punk compilation with many punk-style covers of classic demented hits ("Dead Puppies", etc.) a track by the Kipper Kids (as seen on "UHF")(!), and a lot more surprises - including "Beat On The Brat" by Al!

I hate to be a Skeptical Susan here, but source? Not finding anything when Googling.
If this is real, very exciting! Not really the track I'd expect Al to cover, but it'll still be cool to hear.

That sounds amazing! I always thought Al should try The Ramones.

Re: Track 22 Speculation
I sure hope Al would consider doing a cover album someday. Compile the stuff he already did and then throw in whatever he's been enjoying doing in concert. but that's a topic for another space.
Something tells me, unless I missed someone saying it has been released already, that this is a brand new gem.

Re: Track 22 Speculation
In one of Al's many appearances on the "Dr. Demento Show", he brought "Beat on the Brat" for the Doctor to play.
