Regarding the letter sent to Dr Demento, this actually affected several songs including Barnes and Barnes and Damaskas song A Day In The Life of Green Acres. So some lawyer got paid to listen to the Dr Demento show.

Interesting to note that the picture of Al came from the Alpocalypse photo shoot. I still really like the cover, though I am disappointed in the lack of 27
EDIT: Fun fact, the bar code yields a search for "Mandatory Fun"
DOUBLE EDIT: Pledge Music says track list is COMING SOON. Al said it's coming this week, and it includes the Dare to Be Stupid instrumental, another karaoke, and quite a few songs that "fans are going to go nuts over".

I'm a bit disappointed the preorder is stopping on this. There was no way, and still is, I could afford this within the time frame they gave. Majorly disappointed.

Where exactly did he say this? Was it on the Vulture Good One podcast where he talks about writing Word Crimes?

He said it in an interview with Nerdist last week.

I found the Nerdist interview, which was on March 4, and he said they'd be announcing the track listing "any day now, maybe next week." So obviously it didn't end up being this past week. It should still be pretty soon, though!
