Yeah, definitely was hoping for a full tour. With college, traveling is much easier in the summer. I would think it would make more sense for a tour, too, to go when people are out traveling.

I was hoping for more dates in this tour too since he is not coming to Cincinnati an I cannot afford to be a tour chaser..., no matter how much I would like to be

No, but civil cases go incredibly slowly, and with the downsizing of the California courts now underway, it's going to go even more slowly.

I think I read somewhere that the lawsuit was filed in Federal court in New York, so unless someone files a change of venue to move the case to California, it's staying in New York.

Ah, I just assumed CA because Al's there. But Jay Levey is now headquartered in NY, I believe. Still, can't imagine things will move much faster.
