Listen, given what Perez Hilton usually puts into peoples' mouths on the pictures in his posts, I think Al got off easy.

Sheesh, after reading that article, I feel that Al is totally entitled to his money.

Sony royally (get it?) screwed him over. He didn't make any publishing royalties off of ''Poodle Hat'' or ''Running With Scissors''? Sheesh...

No royalties for a platinum album? That deserves some kind of award for Ninja Stealth Fantasy Accounting.

Anyone else think there might be some correlation between the lawsuit and the fact that we haven't heard much news about touring?
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

Does Sony have much to do with that? Isn't some other company in charge of setting up the tour and the promotion?
Is my dude a dweeb?

Generally yeah, the record label doesn't have much to do with a tour. Just the records and music videos.

Not sure why there hasn't been much news about touring. Seems weird to only go out for a week or so, but it may just be how Al wanted the tour to be. Since the California dates are laid out in July and August, it doesn't really allow much touring for those months. Guess we may get another fall tour again, which is very disappointing.

Anyway, hope Al wins this. He should.
