Yeah, Jay is in New York. He was at the Englewood show with Al. Pretty sure that it is taking place in the New York courts, so hopefully that might speed it along.

The quoted-from-the-suit statement from this piece mentions "Running With Scissors" and "Poodle Hat" specifically by name in the same breath as iTunes. Maybe THIS is the reason why iTunes insists on listing songs like "Albuquerque", "Pretty Fly For A Rabbi" and "Angry White Boy Polka" as "album only" (or not even listed at all in some cases) on their site.
